Deeply personal and instantly relatable, May Tumi’s songs draw on her experiences of love, loss and everything in between. With her beautiful voice and musical influences ranging from Joni Mitchell to Miriam Makeba, May is a unique performer.

Growing up in a musical family May learned classical piano from the age of 5 before discovering songwriters such as Joni Mitchell and Carole King in her teenage years who inspired her to start writing her own songs.
